Hi, I’m Sarah…

a coffee-loving bookworm who enjoys sunshine, hiking, cheesecake and connecting with curious humans through:

  • yoga, handstands & circus movement arts

  • hanging out upside-down,

  • mindful photography

  • discussing all things human nature… the ups, downs, curiousities and sideway slides of life

My classes and workshops are designed to be a safe space for curiousity, growth and self-development.

I believe movement art practices help us discover joy and play while allowing ourselves to develop strength, flexibility, creativity and growth.

As a kid I loved to move, yet I never had formal lessons. In my early 30s I was inspired by my childhood love of tv gymnastics and figure skating to look into a fitness class where I could learn to be an artist athlete!

I began my own movement journey with yoga, then got brave enough to explore handstands, acroyoga and partner acrobatics. Now, 15 years later, I am way stronger and stretchier than I ever thought possible!
